Manchester United vs Paris Saint-Germain: PSG line-up leaked with Verratti starting and Dani Alves at right wing
Manchester United take on Paris Saint-Germain tonight in the Champions League round of 16 with many things going in their favour. Not only are the Red Devils undefeated under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the caretaker manager, but PSG are without two of their key players. Both Neymar and Edinson Cavani will miss Tuesday’s clash at Old Trafford, while the former is also definitely out the second leg and the latter could be forced to sit out of it as well.Cavani joined Neymar on the sidelines with a hip injury1

There is some good news for the French club, however, as Marco Verratti, the midfielder, returned from injury to feature in Saturday’s defeat of Bordeaux.Questions have been asked of how PSG will line-up against United seeing as they will be without Neymar and Cavani – two of their star attacking trio – and Yahoo Sport France have leaked Thomas Tuchel’s starting XI.The media outlet report PSG trained at Old Trafford on the eve of the match in a 4-2-3-1 system, with Kylian Mbappe – the final member of the side’s offensive triumvirate – leading the line, with former Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria joined by Julian Draxler and Dani Alves in the three just behind the young France superstar. Alves has previously played at right wing for Paris, though it is clearly not the 35-year-old’s natural position – and he is not the only player being forced into something of an unnatural role.Based on the leaked line-up, it appears Tuchel will opt to partner Verratti in midfield with Marquinhos, the centre-back.Marquinhos has featured in a holding role previously, but Solskjaer will clearly consider the Brazil international a potential weak link in the PSG line-up.

The full PSG starting line-up, as leaked:

Buffon; Kehrer, Silva, Kimpembe, Bernat; Verratti, Marquinhos; Dani Alves, Draxler, Di Maria; Mbappe
